EXERCISES

Walking is good, but it won't help if my core muscles are weak.

I can't exercise much while I have a flare up of pain.  Wait until it calms down.

CAUTION
  1. Any exercise that flattens the lower back or pushes the lower back against the floor is no good for me.
  2. Never pull my legs toward my body while lying on my back.
Ball Exercises
  1. Ball crunches
  2. Ball side lifts
  3. Ball torso twists
